Commonwealth meeting in Sri Lanka

Mike Gapes  MP has expressed his strong criticism and disappointment that Prime Minister David Cameron still intends to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting (CHOGM)  in Sri Lanka later this month despite the poor human rights situation, the recent damning report by UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay and the decision by Stephen Harper the Conservative Prime Minister of Canada to boycott the meeting.
