mike_bill_rammelMike Gapes MP was one of a group of Members of Parliament who met with Minister of State Bill Rammell MP at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Westminster today.

The meeting was called to discuss the appalling and deteriorating situation in Gaza.

The Minister gave a briefing of the current situation and the efforts of the UK government, the European Union, the Quartet, the Arab League and the United Nations to get an immediate and urgent ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. The Minister then answered a wide range of questions and listened to the concerns of those present.
