 Ad-Deen Primary School

I write to draw to your attention to the enclosed reports from the “Mail on Sunday” and “Daily Mail” concerning the “Ad-Deen Primary School” in my constituency.  I would be grateful if this matter could be given your urgent attention.

In particular, I would like to know what if any contact your Department has had with “Ad-Deen Primary School” and whether it receives any government funding.  I would also be grateful if you would let me know whether the School is registered with your Department; when it was last visited or inspected by your officials and how many pupils and teachers were at the School.  I would be grateful if you could clarify what requirements your Department sets down for teachers at such private schools and what qualification the teachers at Ad-Deen had.  I would also be grateful to know when the teachers at Ad-Deen were last checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service and other Government agencies.

I would also be grateful to know what action you now intend to take concerning this matter.

I look forward to your reply.

 Yours sincerely
