Thames Water meeting

I had a very useful meeting on Thursday with Thames Water and had the opportunity to discuss a number of issues including flooding, leaky pipes, metering and the impact of climate change. It is clear to me that London urgently needs a new cross River supply pipe and new reservoir capacity and I hope Oxfordshire nimbyism does not delay this.

Perhaps London’s Mayor Boris can have a word with his Oxfordshire Tory friends for after all he was one of them only seven months ago.
